RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed merchandise in original condition with all tags attached. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Vinyl records (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
  • CD's (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
  • Posters (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Opened or used merchandise

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at dreamwakect@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, our standard return policy applies.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are not refundable. Return shipping from international locations is the customer's responsibility.
